Projects {Approved}

Both projects below have been reviewed and approved.

 

Proposal for 547 East Genesee Street [<--LINK TO DOCS]:  A site plan application and special use permit application were submitted by Northwood Real Estate Ventures LLC proposing one commercial building approximately 56,000SF for a grocer.  This new submission review began at the planning board meeting held Monday, December 6th, 2021.  A public hearing was held September 12, 2022 and SEQR review has been completed.  The Special Use Permit was approved November 7, 2022; the final Site Plan was approved December 5, 2022. 

Proposal for 129 West Genesee Street, at corner of Highbridge Street:  A site plan application has been submitted by DDS Engineers on behalf of Splash Carwash for construction of a new commercial building approximately 5,500SF for an indoor automatic carwash.  The applicant was before the planning board for a preliminary conference in May and June;  the site plan application review began at the July 11, 2022 planning board meeting.   Preliminary Site Plan approval with provisions was granted by the Planning Board on October 3, 2022; at that same meeting the Subdivision application was also approved. 

Final Site Plan and Special Use Permit were approved on November 7,2022.
