At a meeting of the Planning Board of the Village of Fayetteville, NY on Monday, August 15, 2022 at or about 7:30 p.m. a Public Hearing will be held at the village hall courtroom, 425 East Genesee Street Fayetteville, to consider the following application(s), pursuant to the code of the Village of Fayetteville:

- Site Plan & Special Use Permit for Northwood RE, for the property described as 547 East Genesee Street, SBL# being 016.-02-04.0 for construction of 56,000SF commercial building for a grocer;
