Public Hearings on Fitch Street and Stretch Code - June 27

At the next Board of Trustees meeting on June 27, 2022, please note that there will be two public hearings held regarding the following:

Legal Notice - Local Law: to hear public comment on a proposed Local Law to amend Chapter 72 entitled Energy Inspection Standards and Chapter 78 entitled Fire Prevention and Building Construction Administration to the Village of Fayetteville Code. 

Legal Notice - Fitch Street: to hear public comments regarding the discontinuance and abandonment of Fitch Street.
