NOTICE
COLLECTION OF TAXES
Pursuant to Section 1428 of the Real Property Tax Law, the Warrant and Tax Roll for the Collection of Taxes for the Village of Fayetteville has been filed with the Village Clerk-Treasurer for the Fiscal Year June 1, 2010 to May 31, 2011. Taxes will be received at the Village Clerk’s Office, 425 East Genesee Street, Fayetteville, New York , daily from 8:00am to 4:00pm except Saturdays and Sundays and Legal Holidays until and including July 1, 2010 without fee.
Beginning July 2, 2010, 5% will be added for the month of July and 1% for each month thereafter until paid.
